Your guests connect. Then they vanish.

Every day your venue hands out free WiFi to guests you will never speak to again. This turns that connection into a WhatsApp list you own — real numbers, checked, not a spreadsheet of junk — so slow nights fill up with people who already know you.

Watch This First

Three minutes on why your venue is leaking guests.

What is actually happening every time a waiter types your WiFi password into someone's phone, and what it costs you over a year.

The Leak

Right now, every guest who connects to your WiFi disappears the moment they walk out.

Hundreds of people a day give you their attention for free. Almost none of them give you their name, phone or email. That is not a WiFi problem, it is a revenue problem.

Without Luup

The guest disappears

  1. Guest joins your open WiFi
  2. They browse, order, enjoy the night
  3. They leave and you have no way to reach them again
  4. Your next slow night depends entirely on new walk-ins, OTAs or paid ads
With Luup

The guest joins your list

  1. Guest scans a table QR or joins your WiFi
  2. A branded splash asks for name, phone, email and consent
  3. They get online instantly, you get a real contact
  4. You market your next event, DJ night or happy hour straight to people who already chose you once

"You're leaving every single guest untouched. You'll never talk to them again. Your competitor who captures them will."

What We Hear

The same story, from every busy venue.

Composite of what owners and managers tell us in walkthrough conversations, before the system goes in. Not client testimonials — just the problem in their own words.

We are packed every weekend, and on Monday I could not message a single one of those people if I tried.
Beach club GM Phuket
what we hear in walkthroughs
We keep paying for ads to reach strangers while thousands of guests who already loved the place sit in nobody’s list.
Restaurant owner Bali
what we hear in walkthroughs

The math is brutal: a packed weekend is a thousand guests. A season is tens of thousands. Right now, at almost every venue, every single one of them walks out the door unrecorded.

How It Works

One splash page. Every connection becomes a contact.

The same shape every time. A gateway holds the guest at a branded page until they submit the form, then lets them online.

Integrations

Your guests land in the tools you already use.

Not another dashboard to check. Every consented lead flows straight into your store, your email platform and your ad account — the moment it's captured.

WhatsApp is the one the others skip. In Bali, email gets ignored and WhatsApp gets answered — your guest list becomes conversations from your own number, not just another segment in a tool.

What It Runs On

It sits behind the internet you already pay for.

Your connection does not change and your bill does not change. What matters is whether the box on your wall can hold a guest at a sign-in page — and in Bali, often it cannot.

Native

MikroTik

Hotspot is built into the firmware, so the splash runs directly on the router. hEX, hAP and the rest of the range. This is what we install by default.

Drop-in

GL.iNet gateway

A compact box that sits behind whatever you already have and takes over the guest network. Nothing about your existing setup gets touched.

Needs a box

ISP fibre units

V-SOL, Nokia, Huawei and most ONT boxes handed over by an Indonesian ISP cannot run a sign-in page at all — there is no setting to enable, the capability is not in the firmware. These need a small router behind them.

Reused

Your access points

TP-Link, Ubiquiti, whatever is already on the ceiling. Existing access points usually stay exactly where they are and keep doing their job.

We check before you commit. The first thing we do on site is find out what your box can actually do. If it can carry the portal, we use it and you buy no hardware. If it cannot — which is common here — you get the exact list and the exact cost up front, usually a few million rupiah, bought once and owned by you.

What we will not do is quote you a setup fee and then discover the problem halfway through the install.

What You Get

You run the venue. You own the list. We build the thing that makes it.

🎨

Branded splash page

Your logo, your colours, your voice. Built to feel like part of your venue, not a router settings page.

💬

Reach them on WhatsAppSignature

Not email nobody opens. Your guests already live in WhatsApp, so that is where the follow-up goes — one tap, from a message written for that guest, sent from your own number.

🎯

Real contacts, not junkSignature

Every number is checked against real Indonesian mobile prefixes and every email domain is tested for whether it can actually receive mail. You see exactly how many of your guests are genuinely contactable, so you never build a campaign on a list that is half fiction.

📇

Straight into your CRM

Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or any tool that takes a webhook. Set up for your venue specifically, not left as a plugin for you to wire up.

Google review booster

The same flow invites happy guests to leave a review after they connect, with printed on-brand table cards so nobody hunts for a network name.

🔒

You own the data

Not locked inside a POS, a booking platform or an OTA. It is your list, exportable, forever — including on the day you decide to leave.

Then you decide who sends the messages

Same list, same campaigns, three ways to run them. Nobody is upsold into a retainer they did not ask for.

Door one

You send them

The messages are already written and sitting in your account, in English and Bahasa. Read them, change anything you want, press send. Most venue owners do exactly this and never speak to us again except to renew.

Door two

Your marketing person sends them

Hand over the login, or point it at the Klaviyo or GoHighLevel account they already work in. They get a clean, consented, verified list and a set of flows they did not have to write. No retraining, no new platform to learn.

Door three

We send them

If you would rather not think about it, we run the campaigns for you. Quoted separately, minimum three months, and we only take a handful of venues at a time so the ones we do take actually get attention. Ask us if there is room.

Proof, Not A Pitch Deck

This is a real system, running right now.

The first pilot is STORMYY, a Bali retail store. Same software works behind any router, in any venue.

The splash you saw in the hero

Live right now, capturing name, phone, email and marketing consent before granting internet access.

02

A dashboard you can check anytime

Sign-up count, review scans, and one-click CSV export, in addition to the Google Sheet feed.

03

Printed counter cards on-site

An A6 "scan to connect" WiFi card and a Google review card, branded to the venue, sitting at the table or the bar.

04

Nothing touches your back office

Guests join a separate network. Staff systems, POS and admin WiFi are never on the same line.

Why It Pays For Itself

You already paid to get this guest in the door. This is the part that makes them come back.

~$36 average return for every $1 spent on email marketing industry benchmark, Litmus / DMA
~98% of SMS messages get opened, most within minutes industry benchmark, SMS marketing studies
~90% of guests check reviews before choosing a venue to visit industry benchmark, BrightLocal consumer survey
5x cheaper to bring back an existing guest than to win a new one widely cited retention benchmark

These are category-level industry benchmarks, not a promise for your venue. The point stands either way: a list of guests who already chose you once is worth more than another paid ad chasing a stranger who has not.

How Pricing Works

Two numbers. Nothing hidden behind a sales call.

Setup depends on how many areas you need covered. One bar is one install; a beach club with four zones is four. Your monthly depends on how many real leads it produces — if someone types a fake number to skip the form they do not count, because they are worth nothing to you.

Two ways your setup fee comes back

Start month-to-month. Cancel whenever. And you can earn the $499 back either way.

If it doesn’t work

Capture fewer than 300 real leads in your first month and the full $499 is credited against your next three months. You keep the hardware, the dashboard, and every lead we did capture.

If it does work

Switch to a 12-month plan any time in your first 90 days and we credit the full $499 back against your bill. No setup fee, and you already know what the thing produces.

There is no contract to begin with — you pay month to month and stop whenever you like. The only way we keep the setup fee is if it works and you choose to stay flexible, which is fair enough. What we will not do is ask you to commit to a year before you have seen a single lead.

Then a monthly plan, set by how many real leads it produces

Every tier is the whole product. The only thing that changes is how much it is generating for you.

Which works out at 6 to 20 cents per verified lead, with a name, a WhatsApp number and an email. The same lead costs $3–6 on Meta ads — and that one has never set foot in your venue.

Doing more than 10,000 a month? That is a conversation, not a bracket — ask us.

Every tier is the whole thing. Branded splash across every zone, guests signing in once and never again, the written campaign pack in English and Bahasa, CRM sync, returning-guest recognition, review booster, printed QR cards and the dashboard. No feature is held back to force an upgrade — the only thing that changes is how many real leads you are getting.

You only pay on leads you can actually reach. Every number is checked against real Indonesian mobile prefixes and every email domain is tested for whether it can receive mail. Fakes and junk are never billed.

Busy month? Nothing stops. We never cut off sign-ups to hold you inside a tier — throttling your own customers would be absurd. You move up from the following invoice, and we tell you before it happens.

You can leave with everything. Export the full list on any tier, on any day, including the day you cancel. A list you cannot take with you is not a list you own.

Ask which tier fits my venue
Objection Handling

The questions every venue owner asks first.

Does it slow down our WiFi?

No. Guests join a separate guest network. Your staff, POS and back-office systems stay on their own line, untouched.

Do we need new internet?

No. It sits behind your existing router and uses the internet connection you already pay for. Your bill does not change.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You start month to month and can cancel any time — there is nothing to sign and no notice period. Export your full list on the way out.

The 12-month plan is optional and exists for one reason: if you commit to a year within your first 90 days, we credit the $499 setup fee back against your bill. We would rather you decide that after seeing what the system actually captures than before.

If you take the 12-month plan and leave part way through, the setup fee becomes payable again pro-rata for the months you did not use. Nothing else is charged.

What if it doesn’t work for my venue?

Then you get the setup fee back. If we don’t capture 300 real leads in your first month, the full $499 is credited against your next three months. You keep the hardware you bought, the dashboard, and every lead we did capture — exportable in full, including on the day you cancel.

We know venues here have been burned by people who took a deposit and disappeared. That is exactly why the guarantee is on the up-front money rather than the monthly.

Do we need to buy new hardware?

Sometimes, and we will tell you before you commit to anything. Most ISP boxes in Bali are fibre termination units that simply cannot run a sign-in page — there is no setting to switch on, the capability is not in them. Where that is the case you need a small router, and usually an access point, sitting behind the box you already have. That is typically a few million rupiah of equipment, bought once, and it is yours.

We check this first, on site, before anything is quoted. If your existing gear can carry the portal we will use it and you buy nothing. If it cannot, you get the exact list and the exact cost up front rather than discovering it halfway through an install.

Is it legal and compliant?

Yes. Consent is captured explicitly through a real checkbox, never gated or assumed. We build with Thailand's PDPA and Indonesia's PDP law in mind, and the consent language is honest, not buried in fine print.

Who owns the data?

You do. It is your customer list, exportable at any time, not locked inside our system or anyone else's platform.

How long does setup take?

Essential is roughly thirty minutes once the hardware is on site. Signature is a half day to a full day install for whole-venue coverage.
